SURESH ONGOING PROGRAMMES
Women Skill Development, Income Generation & Livelihood Programme
The Women Skill Development and Livelihood Programme operates under the Jeevana Division, focusing on equipping women with marketable vocational skills that enable them to generate income and achieve economic independence. We recognize that sustainable livelihoods require both technical skills and business acumen.
Through this program, we have provided vocational training to 200 women in various skills including tailoring (120 women), handicrafts (80 women), and other income-generating activities. Our comprehensive approach includes not just skill training, but also business development, market linkages, and ongoing mentorship to ensure trainees can successfully establish and sustain their micro-enterprises.
