Mr. Stanley Jaya Prakash (President)

SURESH NGO is led by its co-founder and current President, Mr. Stanley Jaya Prakash. For over three decades, Mr. Jaya Prakash has worked alongside marginalized communities, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and disaster-prone coastal populations in Andhra Pradesh.

Under his stewardship, SURESH transformed from a localized civil society initiative into a multi-divisional, state-recognized NGO. His commitment to a rights-based, non-violent, and democratic development philosophy ensures that the community always holds the reins of every project launched.

Mr. Gregory Marpu (Co-Founder & Social Work Professional)

Mr.Gregory Marpu is a distinguished development strategist and social work professional with an extensive record of grassroots transformation. A postgraduate in Social Work, he has earned a reputation for excellence through his leadership at the Catholic Diocese of Nellore Social Service Society (DNSSS) and his work with the Catholic Hospitals Association of India (CHAI)-New Delhi where he maintains strong, collaborative relationships with Ramón Catholic Church leadership to advance mission-driven social impact.

His expertise spans community mobilization, disaster risk reduction, and water resource management. By integrating rigorous research, policy analysis and advanced participatory tools like PRA, he executes strategic projects that champion gender equity and sustainable development. His commitment to evidence-based practice, combined with exceptional communication and documentation skills, ensures he effectively delivers systemic change and empowers vulnerable populations.
