Women Empowerment Programme
The Women Empowerment Programme is one of SURESH’s flagship initiatives under the Shakti Division. This program focuses on organizing women from marginalized communities into Self Help Groups (SHGs), providing them with financial literacy training, and linking them to formal banking institutions for credit access.
Through this program, women gain economic independence, develop leadership skills, and build collective strength to address social issues. The SHG model has proven highly effective in creating sustainable livelihoods and empowering women to become decision-makers in their families and communities.
